Andrea Ost

This is me!
My name is Andrea Ost. I am 18 years old. I am from Germany, Rodenbach. I am studying at Kopernikusschule Freigericht. There are 4 people in our family.
I am fond of music, meeting my friends, having a party and especially dancing!
And now I would like to tell you about my school, university, parents, friends, Troitsk impressions, the Opening Ceremony, etc.
I live in a small village called Rodenbach with my parents and my brother Martin who is 15 years old. Our village is 30 km from Frankfurt and I love going shopping there and also in the city called Hanau, which is only 12 km from my home. In our house we live together with my grandparents and we have a nice garden. I`m very fond of not living in a big city because I appreciate the countryside and also going for a walk with the dog of our friends in my free time.
My mother's name is Irmgard and she does the housework. My father whose name is Karl works as an engineer. I attend school in Freigericht and like my friend Carolin I will take my A-levels next year. After school I will probably go to study at the university of Frankfurt in order to become a teacher of maths and chemistry. But I also love languages like English, French, Italian which I study at school and so I`m not yet completely sure what I`m going to do! It`s always a pleasure for me learning new languages and making use of those I already know. So I`m really enjoying our workcamp here in Russia with a lot of young people from different nations, because they are all very nice and it`s quite easy making new friends.
I liked the opening ceremony very much because everybody tried to do his best and I was also really amazed when I listened to the wonderful music of the jazz band. The dancing groups were so skilled and great that I`m convinced of not having seen anything so beautiful and elegant before! It was also great fun learning different dances ourselves with such a nice and likeable teacher and because of that it`s never boring for us. Like many others I haven`t been to Russia before and now I`m very happy to see that they`re not different from us and that they gave us such a warm welcome! I`m looking forward to the next days we`ll spend together and I hope we`ll still have such a great fun!
